Spontaneous & Partner-Friendly T-Tape Management

A gentle approach to T-tape removal that keeps your skin safe, your partner informed, and spontaneity intact.

The 6-Sided Die System

This simple communication tool removes guesswork about where you are in your T-tape cycle. The number facing up tells your partner (and reminds you) the best action to take:

  1. – Fresh tape, strong adhesion, not ideal to remove
  2. – Mid-cycle, better to keep it on
  3. – Could remove if needed, but likely able to last the rest of day
  4. – Inner adhesive should be evaluated, happy to remove if desired
  5. – Adhesion is weakening, removal is easy
  6. – Tape is off / using non-adhesive gear / fully available

Other signals may also be used: text cues, cards, and more. The key is clarity and predictability for both partners. Feel free to modify text to liking. Text mentioned here is only illustrated as an example.

Gentle “Melting” Blend Vial

Use this visual guide to fill your 6 ml vial safely and proportionally:

5.5 ml Olive Oil
0.5 ml

Fill up to the lines for correct proportion. Adjust citrus slightly if faster removal is needed.
